Why should I hire a wedding planner?

Just like any other project you’re unfamiliar with, going in blind isn’t always the best approach. Working with someone who has years of experience in the industry can help save you time, money, and headaches.

When should we hire our wedding planner?

As soon as possible! It is better to find someone you love working with and book them right away than to wait.

Where are you located?

Hannah B Events is based in Raleigh, NC, but we travel worldwide.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator?

While your venue may advertise a “venue coordinator” as an added package bonus, be cautious of what it entails. The venue coordinator is there on your wedding day to look out for the venue. Your wedding planner is with you on your wedding day to look out for YOU!

Do you plan other events, besides weddings?

Yes! Besides assisting with rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and bachelorettes, we love to plan lots of other celebrations! Reach out to us if you are interested in planning a birthday party or other upscale celebration.

Do you offer payment plans?

All of our packages are split up into three or four payments, depending on how far out your wedding date is.
